Where is my package?
You have received an automatic email containing your track & trace information. Sometimes this email ends up in your SPAM folder. Please check on www.dhl.de (for Germany), or https://nolp.dhl.de/nextt-online-public/en/ (international deliveries within the EU). By actively tracking your shipment, you help ensure a successful delivery and avoid additional costs. Where is my invoice?
Your invoice was included as an attachment in the email confirming your payment. Delivery & shipping time We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders paid immediately, PayPal or credit card are processed automatically and can therefore be shipped faster. Payments made via manual bank transfer are processed later, which may result in a delay. In most cases, orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Final delivery depends on our shipping partners DHL. Unfortunately, we have no influence over delays caused by the carrier.
What are the shipping costs?
All shipping costs within Europe can be found under “Shipping and possible returns.”
Has my order been processed and shipped?
Once we have received your payment and processed your order, you will receive an automatic payment confirmation email and a separate email with the tracking number. Haven’t received these yet? Please first check whether your payment was successful and also check your SPAM folder. Occasionally, a product may be out of stock. In that case, we must wait for the next delivery, which may slightly delay processing.
I ordered on Friday but haven’t received my order yet.
Packages are collected daily around 2:00 PM. It is possible that your order was not processed in time for this pickup; in that case, it will be shipped on Monday.
Why isn’t shipping free?
Shipping costs inevitably involve expenses. Many companies include these costs in the product price, but we consciously choose transparency. That’s why we offer competitive product prices and charge shipping costs separately. For larger orders, you will receive a discount on shipping costs.
I received the wrong product
Mistakes can occasionally happen, even though we do our best to prevent them. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to find the best solution for you.
