Creative with coffee

Affogato with a twist !

What do you need?

 Chocolate mousse • 1 large avocado • 1 ripe banana • 3 tbsp dark cocoa powder • 1 orange, finely grated zest only • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream • 4 shots hot espresso Praline • 60 gr raw almonds • 60 gr caster sugar

 How do you make it?

1. Place all the chocolate mousse ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and thick.

2. Spoon the mousse into four small glasses, cover and place in the fridge until well chilled (appr. 2 hours).

3. Take the chocolate mousse out of the fridge and top each glass with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. 

4. Pour a shot of hot espresso over each and top with the praline.

5. Enjoy!
