Creative with coffee
Mini tiramisu coffee!
What do you need?
• 8 cups espresso • 4 shots tiramisu liqueur • 4 tbsp mascarpone • 4 tbsp juice & zest of an orange • 2 ladyfingers • Optional spiced salted caramel
How do you make it?
1. Mix the mascarpone with the milk and orange juice & zest in a bowl.
2. Put the espresso in a small glass and pour half a shot of liqueur over it.
3. Carefully spoon over the mascarpone.
4. Crumble the ladyfingers and sprinkle over the mascarpone. Optional: sprinkle the salted caramel on top.
5. Enjoy!
